Week in Review

We have been driving around a lot, trying to figure out where we might want to buy our next home. Location alone is a huge decision, it will be where our kids go through school afterall. We often find ourselves driving to Mount Sinai, a quiet waterside town on the north shore next to Port Jeff.

Miss Violet has a cold and has been very clingy. But she enjoyed a few minutes in the fresh air and throwing rocks into the water like her big brother.

Caden loves nothing more than a good rock and some water to throw it into to boot! He is not used to these rocky north shore beaches, it made a nice change from sand!

Caden has been napping more than ever lately, he even fell asleep watching his beloved Thomas, half sitting up at first and with his arm in an awkward angle, bless him. I've always thought Thomas was a little boring!

"Has that kid really fell asleep during our show?" asked Thomas
"I'm afraid so" replied Percy
"Ooh, the little bugger!" added Toby.

On Friday Caden had a Daddy playdate with Jake. Meaning Violet and I had our own time alone.

We got to play girly things, like dollies without the transformers coming in to crash the party.

We tucked them in and read them a story!

This isn't the first time Daddy has dressed her in such a funny outfit, this is why its Mummy's job to dress her. He doesn't know the difference between leggings and tights! He would have taken her out for the day like this!

Tights and socks without a skirt...would they wear it in Wigan?

Those dollies have caught Violet's cold. Good thing we have caring doctors on hand.

And Violet loves sticker art!

End of January already, how is that possible? This is a fast winter so far.
